Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By marking the corresponding checkboxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or download forms, USERS explicitly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to fulfill their request. The inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes.
The CONTROLLER informs that all requested data through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If not all data is provided, the CONTROLLER does not guarantee that the information and services provided will be fully tailored to the USER’s needs.

In accordance with current regulations on personal data protection, the CONTROLLER complies with all GDPR and LOPDGDD provisions regarding the processing of personal data and strictly adheres to the principles outlined in Article 5 of the GDPR. These principles ensure that data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently concerning the user, and that it is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that appropriate technical and organizational policies have been implemented to apply the security measures required by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS.
