Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

The CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data processor agreements with these providers, as required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?
The USER has the following rights:

– Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with current regulations.

MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

USERS, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or in download forms, expressly and freely accept that their data is necessary for the provider to process their request. Providing data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and is responsible for notifying any changes.

The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide optimal service to the USER. If all data is not provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will fully meet your needs.

SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for processing personal data under its responsibility, adhering to the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR. This means data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that appropriate technical and organizational policies have been implemented to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD, protecting the rights and freedoms of USERS and providing them with the necessary information to exercise those rights.
