If you have not yet visited Valencia, we recommend exploring the historic center of the city, bordered by the Serrano Towers and the Quart Towers. In Plaza de la Reina, you can visit the Valencia Cathedral, where the Holy Chalice, believed to be the Holy Grail, is kept.

Without leaving the plaza, you will find the Miguelete Tower, one of the city’s most iconic landmarks. Climb its 207 spiral steps and enjoy one of the best panoramic views of Valencia. We also recommend visiting La Lonja de la Seda (The Silk Exchange), the Central Market, and Plaza del Ayuntamiento (Town Hall Square).

The Albufera Natural Park is one of the most important locations in the region. It features a 25 km² lagoon, surrounded by 233 km² of rice fields in the village of El Palmar, where you can also find the best paella and rice dishes in Valencia at its renowned restaurants.

Next to La Albufera, the City of Arts and Sciences is another key landmark in Valencia. Designed by architect Santiago Calatrava, this complex offers a wide range of cultural and leisure activities. Here, you can visit the Oceanogràfic, the Umbracle, the Hemisfèric, or the Prince Felipe Science Museum.

Additionally, you will find plenty of entertainment options and restaurants at the Las Arenas and Malvarrosa beaches. Don’t miss the multicultural district of Ruzafa, Plaza de Xúquer, and El Carmen neighborhood.
